Tapflo sp. z o.o. is a manufacturer of industrial pumps and process equipment, delivering its products to 75 countries worldwide. The company’s cooperation with mcr Tech Lab was driven by the search for innovative solutions to optimize production processes.

For Tapflo, we implemented the mcr Tech System by installing energy meters and wireless pressure sensors.

“The installation of the sensors and the entire implementation went very smoothly. We stayed in constant contact with the engineers responsible for the system, who responded to our feedback and adapted the system to our needs. The data from the pressure sensors allowed us to react much faster to anomalies and risks related to potential leaks in the pressure installations within our plant.”
Jakub Ratkowski, Senior Automation Technologist, Tapflo sp. z o.o. “Thanks to the cooperation with mcr Tech Lab, the company improved the monitoring of the workplace and technological processes, opening up new development paths in the area of Industry 4.0.” – he adds.

Business Benefits

“After installing wireless sensors connected to the mcr Tech System, Tapflo gained access to data on electricity consumption by individual devices as well as water pressure in the production installation,” says Michał Andrzejewski, Sales Director at mcr Tech Lab. “All data is always available via the mcr Tech System mobile app, and in the event of anomalies, notifications are sent via SMS and e-mail.”

“Cooperation with mcr Tech Lab has improved the monitoring of our plant and technological processes, opening up new opportunities for Tapflo in the field of Industry 4.0. We value mcr Tech Lab not only as a technology provider, but as a reliable partner for further cooperation.” – emphasizes Jakub Ratkowski.
