The Management Board of mcr S.A. announces a change in the release date of the consolidated quarterly report for the three months ended 30 June. The release date of that periodic report as communicated in Current Report No. 4/2026 of 14 January 2026 has been rescheduled from 21 August 2026 to 20 August 2026.
Legal basis: Section 84.2 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state.
