The company intends to provide its shareholders with a share in the profit achieved by paying a dividend. When preparing the recommendation regarding the distribution of the Company’s profit and the dividend payment proposal, the Management Board will take into account the financial and liquidity situation of the Group, existing and future liabilities and development prospects of the Group in specific market and macroeconomic conditions.
