Major holdings – change following registration of mcr S.A.’s share capital reduction

The Management Board of mcr S.A. of Gdańsk announces that it has received a notification from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A of Warsaw, submitted pursuant to Articles 69 of the Polish Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (the “Public Offering Act”).

The notification is attached to this Current Report.

Legal basis: Article 70(1) of the Public Offering Act.
