Since February 2017, he has served as the First Vice President of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer.

He has been with mcr S.A. since May 2013.

He began his professional career in the audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. in 2006. From 2007 to 2009, he worked as a Consultant, and from 2009 as a Senior Consultant. In June 2010, he took the position of Financial Controller at Dovista Polska Holding Sp. z o.o. (now Dovista Polska Sp. z o.o.), a company belonging to a Danish capital group specializing in the production of windows and doors. He worked at Dovista Polska Sp. z o.o. until he joined Mercor.
