He holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the WSB University in Poznań and has completed the Strategic Leadership Academy at the ICAN Institute.
Since 2020, he has served as the General Director of Hoffmann Transport, a leading Polish company specializing in international transport, where he is responsible for preparing and implementing the company’s strategy, as well as overseeing all operational and financial activities.
From 2014 to 2019, he was a Member of the Management Board at Mila S.A. (a supermarket chain). His responsibilities included supervising and supporting the company’s strategic, operational, and process projects, with particular focus on overseeing the “Launch of the Mila Retail Chain” project and, following the launch, the “Strategy Update and Strategic Initiatives” program.
From 2009 to 2014, he worked in the construction industry: in 2013–2014 as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board at Molewski Sp. z o.o.; in 2012–2013 as Chief Financial Officer at Metalbark Sp. z o.o.; and from 2009 to 2012 at Alstal Construction Group Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. – first as Chief Financial Officer (2009–2010), then as CFO and Member of the Management Board (2010–2012).
Earlier, from 2001 to 2009, he was employed at Polomarket Sp. z o.o., initially as Head of the Finance Department (2001–2005), then as Chief Financial Officer (2005–2006), and finally as CFO and Member of the Management Board (2006–2009). In this last role, his duties included direct management of the accounting and controlling departments, liquidity management, and oversight of the legal, HR, and administration (including logistics) departments.
Before joining Polomarket, he worked as Chief Accountant at Polima S.A. (1999–2001) and earlier as a Credit Inspector responsible for business loans at PKO BP, Kwidzyn branch (1997–1999).
He has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of mcr S.A. since September 2019.
