Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. Participant in doctoral studies at the Institute of State and Law of the Polish Academy of Sciences, specializing in labor law.

Co-founder of Mercor, which he established together with his partners in 1988. From that time until March 2008, he continuously served as President of the Management Board.

From 2009 to 2022, he was associated with Blirt S.A., where he held the positions of Management Board Member and later President of the Management Board. For over 15 years, he was also a member of the national association of manufacturers of fire protection systems and rescue equipment.

He has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of mcr S.A. since November 2009.
