He is a graduate of the Poznań University of Technology, where he earned a degree in Civil Engineering. He has 18 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, gained through work with international organizations operating as developers, investors, and general contractors—covering the acquisition, design, execution, and sale of various types of buildings. He holds an unlimited construction license for managing construction works.

Currently, as Technical Director at Exeter Property Group, he is responsible for the overall coordination of investment projects. From 2014 to 2019, he worked at Goodman Group as Technical Development Manager, where he was also responsible for the implementation of investment projects. From 2007 to 2014, he worked at GSE Group, first as Project Manager and later as Senior Project Manager, overseeing site coordination, subcontractor contract settlements, and technical acceptance of completed works. Between 2004 and 2007, he was employed as a Site Engineer at Eiffage Mitex Budownictwo and SEICCF Polska.

Since 2014, he has been running his own business—WB Consulting—which provides technical consulting in construction and real estate acquisition, coordination and supervision of technical and environmental due diligence processes, as well as coordination of design work and approval of technical solutions.

He has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of mcr S.A. since September 2019.
