The Management Board of mcr S.A. of Gdańsk hereby reissues the consolidated and separate annual reports. In the documents originally issued on 10 July 2026, the section containing metadata required under the new reporting format introduced by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), effective from 10 July 2026, had not been completed.
In all other respects, the data and documents included in the consolidated and separate annual reports for the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 remain unchanged.
