Further to Current Report No. 2/2024 of 12 January 2024 and Current Report No. 61/2024 of 26 November 2024, specifying the date of release of the interim report for the first half of the financial year 2024/2025 covering the period from 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2024, the Management Board of MERCOR S.A. announces that the release date for that interim report has been changed.
The new release date for the report for the first half of the Company’s financial year is 23 December 2024.
Legal basis: Section 80.2 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state.
