The Management Board of MERCOR S.A. reports that on September 30th, 2025, the Annual General Meeting of the Company passed a resolution to pay dividend.
1) The total amount to be distributed to shareholders is PLN 27,233,113.56.
2) The amount of dividend per share is PLN 1.78.
3) Shares participate in the dividend distribution is 15,299,502
4) The dividend record date was set for November 5th 2025.
5) The dividend payment date was set for November 12th 2025.
