The Management Board of mcr S.A. hereby publishes the schedule of its full-year and interim results to be released in 2026:
First and third quarter interim results:
Ø Q3 FY 2025/2026 consolidated report covering the period October 1st 2025–December 31st 2025: February 27th 2026;
Ø Q1 FY 2026/2027 consolidated report covering the period April 1st 2025–June 30th 2026: August 21st 2026.
The Company further announces that no separate quarterly results will be released and its consolidated quarterly reports will incorporate the information referred to in Par. 62.1 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated March 29th 2018 (Dz. U. of 2018, item 757).
Half-year interim results:
Ø H1 FY 2025/2026 consolidated report (with the condensed half-year financial statements and the auditor’s report) covering the period April 1st 2026–September 30th 2026: Nowember 30th 2025.
Full-year results:
Ø FY 2025/2026 separate full-year report covering the period April 1st 2025–March 31st 2026: July 10th 2025;
Ø FY 2024/2025 consolidated full-year report covering the period April 1st 2025–March 31st 2026: July 10th 2025.
To recall an earlier announcement: pursuant to Resolution No. 7 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of MERCOR S.A. dated October 29th 2009, the Company’s financial year runs from April 1st to March 31st.
